How MailReach billing works? Understand your invoices.

This article explains how MailReach billing works depending on your situation.

For Starter and Scale plans

First, your card is charged each time you successfully connect an email account to MailReach.
When connecting your first email account, your card is charged $19.5 (+ potential taxes depending on your country) with our 20% discount for the first 30 days of each email account.
When connecting additional email accounts (after the first) the amount charged is prorated based on the day of the month. Example below.
MailReach charges your card once per month at the anniversary date of your first account connected.

Example :

Let's say you have connected your first email account on May 1st. Your card is charged $19.50 (+ potential taxes depending on your country) on May 1st.

If you connect a second email account on May 15th, you'll be charged $19.5 (+ potential taxes) divided by 2 because we're at the middle of the month.

Conclusion, you will charged $9.75 (+ potential taxes) on May 15th. On the next invoice, you will pay the full month $19.5$ : June 1st.
