What's happening

You received a notification saying that you have a lot of missing emails on MailReach.

In other words, when MailReach tries to send emails from your SendGrid address, it doesn't work, there's an error.

That prevents the warming activity from working. That may also prevent you from sending your own campaigns.

In other words, this issue needs to be fixed ASAP.

Please check your SendGrid account and look for potential issues

For now, we don't have much data to fully understand all the causes of this issue but here are indications:

Check if you don't have a payment problem, if you have remaining $ credits
Make sure the domain is validated on SendGrid
Make sure the account is properly set up to send emails
In other words, make sure there's nothing preventing emails to be sent
You can reach out to SendGrid's support to help you find the issue
