What are SPF & DKIM?

Simply put, SPF (Sender Policy Framework) and DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail) are tools that help prove your emails are legitimate, thus preventing them from being marked as spam.

SPF specifies which servers are authorized to send emails on behalf of your domain.

DKIM lets you add a digital signature to your emails, confirming they originated from your domain and remained unaltered in transit.

How to set up your SPF record

Step 1: List your Email Service Providers

How to connect a Gmail / Google Workspace account to MailReach with an App Password

Summary

First you have to turn on the 2-Step Verification in your Google account.
Then we'll make sure that IMAP is enabled.
Once 2-Step Verification is ON and IMAP enabled, we'll guide you to create an App Password (a password dedicated to MailReach).
And that's it, you'll then be able to connect your inbox to MailReach.

First, relax. It's a classic and can happen frequently, especially if you send cold email campaigns.

Google Workspace has automatic rules that auto suspend an email account if it's considered at risk of sending spam or being compromised.

Here are the top reasons of having your User suspended by Google :

The user receives too many spam complaints from other Google users
The user sends too many emails per day
The user's account is suspected to have been compromised

Additional factors that increase the risk of having your user suspended :

Accessing the user's account from multiple different locations and/or IPs
Using insecure third party apps to control the user's account

||| ⚠️ This article is about restoring the reputation of a USED email address / domain that has sent email campaigns in the past. It's NOT ABOUT new email addresses / domains that don't have any history (these have to be warmed normally). ⚠️

Restoring a damaged sender reputation is possible in 90% of the cases but in some cases, it can be too long to see improvements.
The time needed to fix a damaged reputation is impossible to predict. It depends the level of damage.
The more warming emails are sent from your domain, the faster it improves. It means you can speed up the process by warming multiple inboxes of the domain you need to heal.
To help restoring the reputation, you have to stop sending campaigns. In all cases, continuing to send emails from this domain is a waste since a big part is already landing in spam.
A damaged reputation is the result of bad sending practices on your domain and/or sending IP (for SMTP services). You need to make changes to your practices otherwise you'll face the same problem again. MailReach is an effective boost but it can't magically fix bad sending practices.
