How to connect a Google Workspace account to MailReach - 2022 version

This connecting method is no longer supported. Please check our guide How to connect a Gmail / Google Workspace account to MailReach with an App Password

Summary

To connect your Google Workspace account, you have to grant a Google API access to MailReach in the Google Workspace Admin ('Step 1' below, 1 min duration, easy). If you don't do that and click on 'Sign In with Google Workspace', you will get a Google warning saying "This app is blocked".
Once the Google API access is granted to MailReach, you will be able to connect any mailbox to MailReach by clicking on 'Sign In with Google' ('Step 2' below, 10 sec duration, super easy).
This guide is for Google Workspace (formerly G Suite, professional Gmail), if you want to connect a free @gmail.com mailbox, please follow this guide instead.
