How to connect Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) to MailReach

Step 1 : Get your SMTP Login and SMTP Key



Go in your Brevo account
Click on the top-right account dropdown menu
Choose SMTP & API
Under your SMTP settings, copy your Login and paste it in the SMTP Login field on MailReach
Go back on Brevo and click on Generate a new SMTP key
Name your SMTP key: put a random name
Copy it, press OK, paste it in the SMTP Key field on MailReach
Click Next on MailReach

Step 2 : Fill your IMAP credentials



MailReach requires an IMAP connection to generate meaningful threaded conversations and maximize the positive effects on your sender reputation.

Your IMAP credentials correspond to the inbox where your recipients' replies arrive.

Which inbox will you be receiving email replies in? Enter the IMAP credentials for that inbox.

If you have no inbox to receive the replies of your recipients :


You can create an Office 365 or Google Workspace inbox and enter its IMAP credentials on MailReach

Create an Office 365 or Google Workspace account
Adjust the settings of the account to be able to connect it as IMAP to MailReach

For a Gmail / G Workspace inbox, create an App password for MailReach like explained here : Gmail / Google Workspace settings
For an Office 365 account, use the settings here : Office 365 settings


Go back to MailReach. In the Brevo connection form, enter the the following IMAP information :

For Gmail / Google Workspace
host : imap.gmail.com
port : 993
IMAP username : your Gmail address
IMAP password : the App Password generated for MailReach above (that's NOT the password of the Gmail, but a dedicated App Password).

For Outlook / Office 365
host : imap-mail.outlook.com
port : 993
IMAP username : your Outlook address
IMAP password : your Outlook password

Step 3 : On MailReach, enter your credentials and sign in
